Find the Jeff and Ed Show podcast recap for the week of January 20th – January 24th below!
Monday 1/20
Ed is back after his alleged bird flu, so we talk about the divisional playoffs this past weekend, why does Ryan Day have beef with the SEC refs tonight, and Ben Johnson got the call to be the head coach of the Chicago Bears.
In a shortened hour two, we talk about the very entertaining Lions/Commanders game, we read some tweets, and we recap the characters at the inauguration.
Tuesday 1/21
We react to the Ohio State/Notre Dame National Championship game last night, Ed is convinced that Arch Manning will win three Heisman Trophies, and Mahomes has perfected flopping in the NFL.
There is a new name that was thrown into the Dallas Cowboys new head coach raffle today, we make fun of TGL (again), and we go over the inductees for the Baseball Hall of Fame.
Wednesday 1/22
We comment on the New York Jets head coach hiring, why did Mad Dog Russo go off on Taylor Swift, and we preview the Mahomes affect on the Bills.
We try to conceive a rational relationship between Aaron Glenn and Aaron Rodgers, we predict Ed’s 40-yard dash time, and the top 100 players in college football (according to ESPN).
Thursday 1/23
Jeff has another angry rant as we talk about the NFL officials and their possible favorable calls for Patrick Mahomes, how the hiring of a new head coach could change the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys, and the future of Tom Brady on FOX.
We discuss the decline in college football ratings for the National Championship, the TGL is not doing very well, and the guys argue on the logistics of the NFL MVP Race.
